Viewing a Document's History

Each time a new revision is created for the Document record and released, the system maintains a reference to all past revisions in the Document History link.

  1. From the Document record, in the document tree on the left side of the record, click the Document History link.
    Result: The Document History window is displayed.
  2. Click the title of the Document record to be viewed.
    Result: The Document record is displayed.
